Twiglets is a relaxed, informal support group for those who wish to lose, gain or maintain weight. We meet on a weekly basis and weigh, losses and gains are shared with the group. We swap recipes, tips, latest trends and advice while enjoying a coffee. No particular diet plan is followed. The group meet on a Wednesday from 10.15 – 11.30.
