AGM PROCEDURE: The meeting will start promptly at 09:30. During the AGM we will elect the new committee and also choose the charities that will benefit from the proceeds of the 2019 Christmas Fair. Please return your completed charity nomination forms by Friday, 21st February and your committee nomination forms (see attached) by Friday, 13th March.

The Minutes of the previous AGM Please contact Nicola Morgan-Price who will email you a copy.  Copies will be available at the AGM.

TEA/COFFEE:  The committee will be providing coffee, tea and cakes. There will be no lunch provided this year as the meeting is finishing at 12:00.

RSVP: Please confirm your intention to attend the AGM by Friday, 13^th March  NOTE: a minimum number of members are required to attend the AGM for the election of committee members and the voting for charities to be legal so please do come if you are able.

VOTING: Only paid up members can vote at the AGM. If you have not renewed your membership please complete the attached renewal form and send it, with your cheque, to Jane King, our Membership Secretary.  If you renew after Friday, 13^th March 2020, you are welcome to attend the AGM and to collect your papers there.
